「I checked in at about 6:30 PM… The room was completely filthy was not cleaned. Then I went back to the front and she didn’t know why that happened that she had an attitude. Then she switched my room… I go to the next room and that one was dirty as well, and it had those big stink bugs in it. I then went back to the front and realized that there was a lot of other people completing as well for the same problem. Definitely do not book here.!!!」

「We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made.」
