「Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!」

「Remote actually had batteries, which isn't always the case. Room was cool and quiet with a fridge and microwave that worked fine. Good for a practical stay near Utica Zoo.」

「Microwave quickly warmed my meals every evening making dining convenient during my stay.」

「Microwave and fridge in the room made snacks easy to manage.」

「Simple double king size bed, big window looking out front.」

「We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!」

「The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable.」

「This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!」

「Excellent personal service, 1st time using a bed and breakfast and don't regret at all」

「Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble.」

But as some of the past reviews have stated, the apartment is in need of a deep clean. The bathroom fixtures were very clean but the walls were rather gross. They were dirty near the sink and mirror plus paint had chipped off in some areas including on the door. The bathroom ceiling was old and in need of repair. In the living room, the large blue chair needs to be...

「Room looked very dirty and smelled like a smoke. As soon as we entered, overpowering smoke smell came from the front desk worker even though there was a sign saying $200 fine if you smoke in the room, I guess it only applies to the customers not their own workers lol」

「Nice plece of calm」

「A quiet, traditional B&B, with a gracious host. Communication was excellent, room was quiet, and the location was good -- just 6/10-mile to the center of downtown.」

「Excellent staff friendly, property clean, Breakfast good」
