「Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! 」

「We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. 「郊外にあるモーテル6です。場所自体は住宅地の中にありますが、わかりやすい立地になっています。建物自体は、モーテル6にしては非常に小さく、部屋数も少ないです。部屋の内装は最近リニューアルした感じで、とても綺麗で清潔感があります。床は絨毯ではなく、クッションフロア、ベッドも脚付きの高さのあるベッドです。お風呂のお湯の勢いもよく、綺麗です。問題がひとつ。宿泊した時期が10月、お風呂が非常に寒い。 フロントのスタッフはワンオペで、担当の男性は非常に気さくな方で、とても親切です。週末でしたご、あまり人気がないのか、部屋は余っていました。穴場的な素晴らしいモーテル6でした。 wifiも無料でサクサクでした。」
