「Overall, the place was clean.Some dead bugs and bees here and there, but it really is a "barn" so it was all good.Some clarification was needed regarding the bed spaces..but the hosts were very accommodating.The place was cozy and huge. 「The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. 「Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....

「We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!」

「Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. 」
