Pretty good value, room was updated and clean, exercise room had some broken equipment, staff was friendly and professional and helpful, coffee could be better but it’s nice there’s some breakfast options. I’m happy I stayed here as it was good for the price and would recommend them.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was vegan and the grounds are pretty well kept. The ac was good and the environment was getting nice. The gym was also decent. I’d say good value for the price. Nice towels and supplies. Wish the beds were a bit bigger for two people. No water to drink except in a small water fountain in one spot for the whole facility.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Hartford/Utica area. The facility was well maintained, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and the ammities at this side was very useful. The morning breakfast was also not bad either. The only draw back from this facility was there is no pool, and my kids were a little bored because they could not go out to a pool. But this was a great staff for me and my family.

A little out of the way as really nothing in the area you could walk to. Stores, restaurants, etc a short drive away. We were conveniently placed at the back of the hotel near an exit as we were with our dog, so maybe other areas of the hotel seem brighter. A decent stopover with an included breakfast but nothing special.

Very clean. Coffee maker and one lamp didn’t work. No instructions on how to use TV. No elevator, so when you book [if handly capped] book a first floor room. Bagels went to fast. Had to get there at 6:30 to get one. Note in room , no house keeping unless asked for. I didn’t ask didn’t need. Offered twice at the door and once by phone. Overall a very quiet peaceful stay.
