「We had trouble at check in. It was a computer issue,not the clerks fault. Entry door was dragging when opening or closing,very noisy. There were dead insects on the bathroom ceiling over the mirror. Shower/tub faucet dripped. Outside the grounds could use a little better maintenance,ie,mowing/trimming.」

「The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.」

「Had to move rooms. 1st room had no working fridge or air conditioner. Second room had warm water at its hottest. The "Breakfast" you get consist of a make it yourself waffle and maybe a donut or bagel. Starts at 6 a.m. but is almost gone by 6:20 with no restocking. Oh yeah, and Itty bitty micro paper plates that the waffle doesn't even fit on are your only option. I will never stay again.」

「Check in was very quick, friendly, and efficient. The room was nicely appointed with a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was super clean. The motel offers limited service during the stay, with towel service if desired and trash pick up. The lake front is a great feature. Parking is plentiful. And there is a game room and coffee station in the office.」

「Check in with Yevette was great with good communication . Easy drive to Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. Did find it was odd that they had a coffee pot but no coffee or cups. Also you were supposed to let shower run for two minutes to warm up. But after you got in the water got cold within 2 minutes.」
