"Very nice stay in a spotless and comfortable room. Front desk greeter Sandy was exceptionally helpful and kind. Hotel is set back from road, quiet and plenty of parking. Two fast food places adjacent to property. Two elevators, although one was out of service. Only negative was skin lotion dispenser empty in our room--hotel is apparently out of it."

"The room overall looked clean but I found hair that didn’t belong to me on the pillows and the towel. The soap dish wasn’t cleaned and the shower didn’t drain properly (also some hair left in the basin). I also wasn’t given a trash can for my room. The blackout curtains wouldn’t slide all the way over so I had some trouble sleeping as well. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and the staff was kind. "

"The property is wrecking of smoke. It is unclean and not well maintained. The room condition was subpar. The bathtub was not clean. There’s a hole in the wall near the tub from water damage. The shower curtain is unclean with build up. I could not see out of the window due to dirt and condensation build up. There was no remote to the tv. The bedsheets wrecked of smoke. "
