「Perfect place for an overnight with my 2 boys (10 and 13). Quiet and clean. We came to town to try our luck at the diamond mine and scored a few nice gems! We ate at a local pizza place, explored the cemetery for a geocache, played some mini golf and enjoyed some delicious ice cream at Mr. Shake. We had a great little trip!」

「We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area.」

「The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! 」

「This place is not fit for renting out. A strong musty smell when you walk in. Not clean, multiple almost empty toilet paper rolls , can tell place not restocked. The place needs to be inspected to stay listed on VRBO. Do not stay here. 」

「The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.」

「It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.」

「We actually very much enjoyed the balcony porch listening to the church Bella across the street. The apartment was beautiful and very let friendly. Owner was very helpful and responsive and even approved an extra night for us at the last minute. 」

「This place was perfect for us, close to the Nexus Arena. It had almost everything we needed. A hair dryer would have been nice. Maybe a toaster. But overall, it had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we were very comfortable there. We'd stay there again if we are ever in the area again.」
