"This is our favorite place to stay when traveling with our daughters to Orlando. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and washer and dryer helped us save money by cooking our own food and washing clothes that were stained or messed up by food. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always so friendly. "

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."

"Staffs are awful. They try to charge any small thing. You have to make sure any charges. They are not inform you about charges , such as early check-in (30 min early). You’d better check-out at the register and look carefully all the itemized charges. Paying parking was not easy. Room does not provide any water cup, you have to ask for it. Room was spacious for two people (2 queen bed). "
