「Holly thought of everything to make this the perfect place to stay. The ocean breeze coming through the two sliding glass doors, the ocean view, and comfortable balcony are unforgettable. Pool was perfect temperature. Will definitely be back!」

「This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property manager responded to my question regarding snorkeling gears promptly. It was easy to get to the property from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped for our needs. There were welcome gifts of local beer and snacks! We enjoyed Kona coffee provided as well. 「4年ぶりのコナの散策、カハルービチパークのシュノーケリング、コナビール等、お陰様でコナ旅を満喫出来ました。特に、海を眺め、目の前の教会の鐘の音色に癒され、小鳥の囀りを聴きながらのベランダの食事は何にも代え難い体験でした。所謂民泊は初めての経験でしたが、チェックインに自信のない私は何度もオーナーJoshuaさんと不明な事項をお聞きし問題なくチェックイン出来ました。Joshuaさん、本当に有り難うございました。また利用させていただきたく宜しくお願いします。OGURI」

「The condo is decorated nicely and located near restaurants and shopping area. The host answered us promptly with questions and addressing concern/issue. We met a nice "neighbor" on the same floor and had a pleasant visit with her and her dog. Kalalau beach is near by which provides nice snorkeling experience. We will come back and visit again.」

「The property was exactly as listed . The bed was very comfortable. Short walk into restaurants in Kona. With the screen door we listened to the waves. I would stay here again if I return to the big island.」

「The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and also items for our beach days (towels, chairs, umbrella). We had no issues whatsoever with the condo itself; our only issue was the rooster(s) we heard every morning starting around 4:30am.」

「Loved this place. Nicely located. Owner was more than accommodating and always made you feel he was there for you. And they were. Property management was excellent. Views were priceless. Pools were extraordinary. All in all you won’t be disappointed. Only reason it didn’t get five stars across the board would be the loft. A little warm and door on bathroom made privacy a bit awkward. Also the close by beach isn’t all that. I had my grown adult girls there so they require a little more privacy....

「Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.」

「少し古めですが、清潔感もあり、広々と開放感があり、のんびりできました。 ここの広いコンドミニアムに宿泊した後ワイキキのホテルに泊まったので、そこはとても手狭に感じました。 インフレかつ円安の今、外食はめちゃくちゃ高いですが、バーベキューコンロも無料で使用でき、食費を抑えつつ楽しむことができました。 スタッフも皆さん感じが良かったです（ハワイ島みんなですが） ご厚意でお部屋もアップグレードしてくれました！！」

「ロケーション、セキュリティは毎回利用するたびに感動を与えてくれます。ただ、やはり、老朽化は免れず、お部屋によっては滞在に支障が出るかもしれません。しかし、窓から見える景色、鳥の囀りと波の音しか聞こえない世界は、色々なストレスから解放させてくれます。もう、20年ほど毎年利用していますが、まったく飽きません。オススメの施設です。」
