"Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Our room was in the basement down and dirty hallway with no view at all. No coffee in the room. No parking. Would not recommend. "

"The most important thing to say is that the host was exceptional. We stayed during a week of bad storms (not the norm) and she went above and beyond to make sure we were OK. The location couldn’t be better. During the storm, we parked the car in the designated parking space and walked to everything—including tourist sites and groceries. If you have to hunker down in bad weather, this is a great place to do it. Large glass doors leading to a covered lanai with an ocean view helped make this a great stay even in less than ideal circumstances"

"The day after the Kona Low storm the open lobby was available for a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, even though everything around them was affected. Our room was on the mauka side and the view in the morning was lovely. Quiet and well-kept, would definitely stay again"

"Didnt use the hot tub or pool but the rest of the property was great. It is located close to th ocean and walking distance to good restaurants and groceries. Helen was a fantastic host. We got stuck during the kona storm and she was extremely helpful for keeping a roof over our heads for another night. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future "

"yes everything was good. We used the lanai a lot and liked being able to see the ocean and the cruise ships when they were in town. Fun being walkable to everything. Condo was comfortable but we had a little trouble figuring out the TV system."

"The check-in and check-out was easy. The condo was clean. Plenty of cook ware. Close to the water, restaurants, live music. If you need something, Safeway and Walmart 4 blocks away. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming to port from our lanai. The AC worked well. The host always responded quickly to any questions. We had a great time. Nate"
