"The staff was excellent, the room was newly refurbished with easy access to it from the parking lot. the parking is very tight stalls (don't bring an SUV), also, get there early as they only give out a limited amount of paid for parking passes (when they run out you have to go off grounds, but they will reimburse you the difference). "This was a very comfortable, extremely well stocked, super super clean and well located property. You can walk to shops, bars, beach, cafes, and Kona Brewery. The hosts are very quick to reply. You can tell the place is well loved and likely managed by the owners rather than a big company, as they really care. We literally had everything we could have ever needed for our week long trip. This place was stocked more thoughtfully than another super nice three bedroom condo we rented in the same complex. Plenty of towels, gear, chairs, coffee and all coffee needs, paper products, ziplocks, condiments, ice, rice cooker - my goodness so thoughtful. Very appreciated. "
