「This location was so fabulous - right in the heart of Kona and next to all our favorite places to eat and shop! The condo itself was laid out very nicely and very comfortably. Part of the parking lot is under construction and being downtown means you sometimes hear downtown noise and neighbors, but nothing more than what you would expect with this location. The check in and check out process was straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This is my second time staying at this location. The condo was perfect for my week stay. Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and for the week (beach chairs, pool floats, yoga mat…) Air conditioning in the unit was appreciated, and bedroom and patio fans were wonderful to stay cool in the evenings. Easy arrival process, received all codes for gates and doors before arrival. And a lovely surprise of island chocolates on the counter :). Main bed very comfortable. Did not use the pull out...

「It is exactly as it says it is. True oceanfront! Leave the Lanai door open and listen to the crashing waves. Host went above and beyond to let us stay past check out time on our last day. Will definitely be back!!」

「This place had everything that we needed. The communal BBQs were great to use, especially the ones along the beach where you could watch the sunset. The laundry within the unit was so helpful (laundry soap provided). The location is a short drive (or walk) to great beaches and farmers markets. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I wished it had was a little laundry line on the deck to hang beach towels since you can't have them along the railing and there is limited spots...
