「Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay here at Kona Kai. First, and foremost, the host Arllen was amazing. Very quick to respond. What really stood out was his accommodations and willingness to make my trip extra special. I walked in the door to a personalized welcome card, Kona coffee and chocolates (nice start!). The condo is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The view from the entire condo is unmatched. I slept every night with the doors open to the sound of the waves. Beats the sound machine I brought....

While the building itself is a bit older, and some signs of wear are visible, particularly in the bathroom, the unit is well-equipped. It comes with a full kitchen, as well as a high-quality washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Yan, the owner, was good about communicating with me and promptly responded to my questions. The condo is conveniently located.
