「The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. Kitchen was ok. The convection top is difficult and pans for it are bad because everything got stuck on bottom of pan, even on low.」

「A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)」

「This property was wonderful. We have stayed at Kona Plaza before and love the location. It is also surprisingly quiet for being right in town. The lanai is wonderful and so relaxing. It exceeded our expectations regarding supplies - all the condiments we needed and never had to purchase more paper towels or toilet paper.
