「Place is well used but upgraded enough to meet the value you pay. It has all the amenities needed and nice extras like beach chairs, buggy board and water things. Host is very responsive. AC is in the family room which is adequate to keep the bedroom at a manageable temperature in the winter but would most likely not be comfortable in the summer. There are fans throughout. 「Clean and well-supplied unit, but owner is very hard to get hold of. Door and gate codes changed, got locked out of room early on checkout, and when notified of water shutoff on short notice owner went dark. so make sure you have the codes early! otherwise a nicely located well-maintained unit.」
