Starting September 3rd 2024 the Kanaloa parking lot will be re-paved. The project will be done in sections from Sept 3rd through the end of November. Work will usually be performed between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm but work may be needed on Saturday and Sunday to maintain the schedule. Please contact the owner/manager of the condo you're considering for more detailed information.

great place on the Kona Coast
This lovely condo has all you need and is close to groceries, a small swimming beach and restaurants. Listen to the waves and spend time watching for whales on the lanai.

Perfect Stay!
This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kanaloa at Kona. The unit is well decorated/designed and very homey and the views of the ocean are perfect. Location is convenient to shopping and only 5 minutes away from Keahou Harbor. Darrell is a superb host and very responsive in answering any questions. Looking forward to coming back and staying again!!

Second home in Hawaii
This is a lovely property with all the amenities one could want. We loved staying here and look forward to returning soon. When a property makes you feel like it’s home, it’s definitely the property for you. When we had a maintenance issue (user error) there was a quick response. Hats off to all who made this an unforgettable time. Mahalo

Wonderful place
Check-in easy. Beautiful grounds and the unit very tastefully decorated with all furnishings/amenities in good shape. Easy access to grocery store. Short drive to downtown Kona. Wonderful view from the Lanai. Enjoyed much time at the oceanfront pool. Easy communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely neighborhood! Incredible view of beautiful Hawaii. Grounds well maintained! Fun amenities, really loved the pickle ball courts this year. Condo so convenient to our favorite snorkeling spots

Peaceful getaway
Great location, and amazing view. This condo is tucked in the corner by the water, and provides for a very peaceful setting. The staff at the property is very friendly, and the owner is very easy to work with and incredibly responsive. The condo has everything you need. Highly recommend!
