"Our family loved the location of this Holiday Inn as it was walking distance to everything in the core of Kona. It was a 2 min walk to the main street where we accesses all the shops, market, and beaches. Each time I visit Kona I fall in love a little bit more with this ocean side town!"

"Location, Location, Location, it is in an excellent location close to everything you need. The hotel property was well taken care of, the rooms were clean, we had a nice view of the bay from our balcony. The room had good working a/c. The pool area was nice. The parking spaces can be a little tight. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. Nice clean hotel in an excellent location at a reasonable rate."

"Great view got ocean front. Lot of space . Good covered parking. Huge rooms big bathrooms, was asked to pay for AC use at checkin which was a surprise I thought AC was included. Owner has everything one needs."

"This was a quick layover before heading to the other side of the island for our son’s wedding. We enjoyed being tucked into the tropical setting g bit still a quick walk to the beach. Really adorable place, clean and comfortable. As with many island accommodations there were only fans and breezes through open windows. And there were fun critters to keep us company."
