"I really enjoyed my stay at Pacific 19 in Kona and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I also had no issues with noise or construction during my stay. The bathroom was my biggest drawback. It was fairly small and felt a little outdated, although it was clean and functional. The shower in particular was a tight squeeze; you have to maneuver around the bathroom door when getting in and out. I also personally wish the rooms had a coffeemaker. Parking was honestly a nightmare. The spaces are small, and unfortunately, not everyone seems to know how to park between the lines. My car was actually hit while I was staying there, and whoever did it didn't leave a note or report it. Thankfully, the responding officer went above and beyond and was even able to clean the transfer off my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Another disappointment was the laundry room being locked at night. I understand having security measures in place, but on a secure hotel property, I was surprised that guests couldn't access the laundry after certain hours. I really needed to do laundry before leaving and wasn't able to. I didn't personally use any of the hotel amenities, so I can't comment on those. Other than the bathroom, parking, and laundry situation, everything about my stay was great. I would absolutely stay here again."

"This property was wonderful! Clean and best of both worlds- a hotel that had everything we needed (all we had to do was ask if we needed fresh towels or coffee, etc.) but set up like a little condo with living room, lanai, kitchen, and two bedrooms. It even had a laundry machine that was very convenient. Would gladly stay again!"

"Check-in was a little tricky because a huge tour bus got off right in front of us so that took probably 45 minutes. But the property was nice and we could see the luau from our room."

"Great staff! Especially letting us pre-check in, so when it came to check in time it was smooth sailing! Got a nice drink and chocolate to celebrate for my birthday! Which was a very nice surprise!"

"I enjoyed the property. We got there at 10:30 pm, security explained everything to us and was very friendly. The resort interior was like Golden Girls decor style(1970’s beachy) it was great. The handle on the dryer popped off but talked to the property mgr and he mentioned it happens, response time was really quick too. A great place to stay and the location was perfect for what we needed."

"Mango and Sunset sits on an active coffee farm and the property is stunning. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Kriss and Gene are warm and lovely hosts. As someone who has allergies one of the reasons I booked our accommodations at this unforgettable bread and breakfast was the hypoallergenic bedding and hardwood floors. The breakfast menu is thougtfully planned and scrumptious! Bonus: beautiful roosters and chickens as well as cute, friendly kitties who roam the property!"
