「We absolutely loved our stay! The house was 7 minutes to Keauhou Bay which was where our Manta Ray and Kealakekua Bay snorkel trip departed from. The house is also across the street from some of the best snorkeling we did on the island, we snorkeled at Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Bay) and a couple spots north of the airport and we still preferred the bay across the street. The rooms are private, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware....

The home is close enough to the shopping and restaurants (7 min drive) but still gave us the privacy and Hawaii experience we were craving. We fully took advantage of the very well stocked kitchen. 「This was our 2nd stay and we love this home! The location can't be beat - Keiki beach on your doorstep, walking distance to Kona brewery, Umekes, and a little further to downtown Kona. Harbor nearby for boating excursions. The home has everything you need and is a family home- clearly loved and taken care of. Heather & Joe are very responsive and helpful. Our hope for the future is that the mattresses get replaced as they are getting old and it's probably time. (My husband had back issues...

「The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is a little weird since the house is built into the hill, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor where you can enter, then the main floor and then on the lowest level is the master suite. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. We would absolutely stay again.」

「The house was very large. Everyone could have their own space. The view of the coast and jungle was wonderful. We used the pool every day and spent a great deal of time on the spacious deck. Managers delivered bottled water and ice first 2 days as the ice dispenser. Needed repair ( which was done right away). The bathtubs do need a redo. Tub edge is very high, might not work for someone with disabilities. Would definitely rent again.」

「Very nice home with a great view of the Pacific Ocean. Well stocked in every way. The neighborhood is amazing and is just a few (walkable for sure) miles (around 2 miles) from the shopping areas and Magic Sands beach (go here!) The owner is amazing. I am not sure if they are just sitting and waiting for a message to come across on VRBO--but they answered in less than 2 min every time we had a question. The one negative is that people are leaving a lot of open items-that were sometimes...

「We LOVED our stay in this home. Being right on the ocean was amazing. My son saw sea turtles when snorkeling by the house. We enjoyed beach time, coffee tours and other island exploring. The location made it easy to go anywhere. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the games provided. The hot tub was another bonus. We highly recommend this home for a family getaway.」

「Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.」

「少し古めですが、清潔感もあり、広々と開放感があり、のんびりできました。 ここの広いコンドミニアムに宿泊した後ワイキキのホテルに泊まったので、そこはとても手狭に感じました。 インフレかつ円安の今、外食はめちゃくちゃ高いですが、バーベキューコンロも無料で使用でき、食費を抑えつつ楽しむことができました。 スタッフも皆さん感じが良かったです（ハワイ島みんなですが） ご厚意でお部屋もアップグレードしてくれました！！」

「ロケーション、セキュリティは毎回利用するたびに感動を与えてくれます。ただ、やはり、老朽化は免れず、お部屋によっては滞在に支障が出るかもしれません。しかし、窓から見える景色、鳥の囀りと波の音しか聞こえない世界は、色々なストレスから解放させてくれます。もう、20年ほど毎年利用していますが、まったく飽きません。オススメの施設です。」
