"We experienced significant cleanliness issues upon check-in and were moved from one room to another, each with visible debris, hair, and sanitation concerns in the bathroom areas. Staff acknowledged that at least one of the rooms should not have been assigned. After several hours and multiple relocations, we were placed in a third room, which still required us to clean and disinfect parts of the bathroom ourselves in order to feel comfortable staying. This resulted in a loss of several hours of our first evening and disrupted our plans. To their credit, management responded and comped the first night, which we appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and the property has potential, but there appears to be a breakdown in housekeeping quality control that needs to be addressed. "

"Very nice room with great amenities. Great shower and water temperature. Charge for parking and resort fee was a bit much but expected. Lots of construction going on at other towers. Beautiful property. Elevators were tricky and occasionally out of service. Room next to mine had a Toler breakage which flooded the hall way and ito the entry way of my room. Crew did what it could to dry it up. A nice stay with a couple of minor issues. "

"The room was comfy, bed was nice, no ac but plenty of fans and screened windows to let the ocean breeze make it comfortable. We stayed in unit 18. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The property landscaping is beautiful tropical. This is a very secluded and remote location and so quiet and relaxing. The room patio was perfect for sitting on the lounge chairs, seeing the ocean in the distance, but still able to see and hear the rough surf. Definitely try the restaurant Hana Hou in Naahelu, a 20 min drive (also the closest restaurant to the property), it is very good!"

"During our 5 night stay our room was never cleaned, when I requested daily cleaning. When I asked for help the only thing done was towels being dropped off. There is also no where to fill up water on property so we had to keep buying water to make coffee, tea and fill our water bottles."
