「Everything was perfect!」

「The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available, making it very convenient. While the building itself is a bit older, and some signs of wear are visible, particularly in the bathroom, the unit is well-equipped. It comes with a full kitchen, as well as a high-quality washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommended this place to others.」

「Older unit, interior nice but noisy due to old school wall of jalousie windows… Coqui frogs & road noise. Additional charge for AC although owner manager is able to remotely control temperature and limit to 72 degrees at night even when and hot humid. Big Brother Vibe」

「The place is right in the middle of the downtown and steps away from great food spots and the water! The studio was cute and clean. Owners provided snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and cooler - made snorkeling and beach trips very comfortable! The owner was very accommodative and overall had a great experience :)」

「We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Emdeko. The saltwater pool and outdoor spaces were spectacular. Good views of the ocean and sunset, including bowing the pū (Hawaiian conch shell) at sunset. The unit provided a great home base to explore Kona and the island. There were some areas of the unit that needed repair/maintenance, but they didn't severely impact our trip. The host was highly responsive and helpful 」

「Overall, we had a good stay at the property. The location was perfect and the check-in went smooth. However, the property could’ve used a few updates we felt it wasn’t quite as clean as expected. The Facility was very dirty. (Elevator and walkways) still a pleasant trip and a decent value.」

「This property was wonderful. We have stayed at Kona Plaza before and love the location. It is also surprisingly quiet for being right in town. The lanai is wonderful and so relaxing. It exceeded our expectations regarding supplies - all the condiments we needed and never had to purchase more paper towels or toilet paper.
