「Great place, about a 10 min drive to the boardwalk but many other things nearby like a diner, several restaurants. Easy check in process, can’t wait to stay again. 」

「The Universal was cute, enough space for 2 of us, and could have definitely fit a third person. I was worried about the bed loft from previous reviews because I’m 6’3” but it still felt spacious. The shower was fine, it got a little cool but only because we rushed taking two, one after another. The only problems we had were the screen door wouldn’t move, one of the blinds on a window facing the lake was broke and wouldn’t go up. The washer/dryer would not work it kept turning off after 10 mins...

「Hot water was a bit slow to get. It’d take about 5 minutes for the hot water to even start when using the shower. Other than that, this property was very nice. Cute little cottages with everything you’d need for a hiking vacation. The owner was very responsive and nice. Great amenities on the property too which you don’t see in many other places. Will certainly book here again in the future if we return to Acadia. 」

「Valley View Motel is a great little "get away." It's rustic, it's clean, it's quiet. If you're looking for state of the art, top of line everything, this is not the place for you. But if you want a simple little cabin, friendly check in, not many people around and just a place to relax, read, write, or watch an old movie on a small TV, then it's a great place. I come here to unplug and I feel refreshed after a night or two and am a little sad when I leave.」

「We did find this listing to be very misrepresentive to the actual property. The listing online mentions all of these things that we’re not available to us: -Gift upon arrival -Champagne service -Mountain View (hill view above hot springs is not the same) -Black out drapes (no way to block afternoon sun or evening moon and street lights on main window) -Dining table (no table provided inside) -Coffee/Tea (there was no tea on offer) -Outdoor pool access (no pool) They advertise this property...

「Cute little place. Great value. Loved that you could walk to everything in town. Something to know going in, bring a smoke/carbon monoxide detector. I didn’t see any in the place and I would’ve slept a little better if I had brought one with. Otherwise, excellent affordable stay」

「This was a very nice property in the staff were excellent. The pools and Jacuzzi very very nice. The pool was perfect temperature wise. Did you could walk right in with no issues at all with the cold very unheard of at hotels. The tiny house or cottage was very nice. Just big enough two. I would definitely go back again. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Queen's Gate Resort. Our room was very clean and comfortable (AC worked fine). Slept well on the bed. It was so nice to be able to walk a few minutes and be on the beach. Would definitely stay here again! 」
