「Check in was fine, but night staff were very abrupt and not accommodative. Not easy to get back to the highway if in a large vehicle or towing.」

「The bathroom was dark and dirty. The sliding glass shower door tracks had mold and soap scum. There was one light in the bathroom and we could see where others were taken out. The toilet paper rod was missing, and the sink was clogged. There was still carpet in the room and it had big stains on it. Difficult to understand the front desk people. Breakfast was OK. This was not consistent with other BW's that I've stayed in.」

「Everyone at the front desk that was there for our five day. Stay was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way for us. Included breakfast in the morning. We’re very well stocked and the food was high-quality. Would certainly stay here again!」
