Christmas Vacations from ￥225,539

This place was fantastic to stay at. We had a two bedroom cottage, the facilities were fantastic. All bedrooms ensuite, TVs in every room. Full kitchen and living room. Hot tub. Great pool nearby and sunset walk is five minutes walk away. They had live music in most nights and there is a lot of different food and drink places there.

Nice property, clean hotel! Sometimes loud, with the ambulances and helicopters going to the hospital, directly across the street. Beds are soft, so not very comfortable, wish they were more firm. Overall, nice stay though!

Great ac

I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Caribe Royale. My elderly mother had a medical emergency in the airport upon arrival and the staff were so helpful and kind in accommodating her. The front desk (Maria and Aziza) helped us switch villas to a more accessible villa on the first floor. Vanessa our waitress at Tropicale' was so sweet and good with our young children. Majella at the towel and activities hut was so helpful arranging for our cabana and Keysha was a wonderful waitress at the poolside cabana. I also want to give a shoutout to the bellman (I cannot remember his name) who helped me so much with switching rooms and even comforted me when he knew how stressed I was with my mom's situation. He has just above the shoulder length black curly hair and wears black glasses. Overall our experience was just wonderful. The food was great at the restaurants including The Market with their pizzas and baked goods. Our villa was clean and comfortable. The pool and slide were a hit! The bus shuttle to the parks ran on time and smoothly. My only complaints would be when staying in the villas is that there is no fully covered walkway to the villas during rainstorms (you CAN use the shuttle) and because the villas are gated off, you cannot receive doordash or deliveries to the villas, just to the front desk. These are minor and we would absolutely stay again!!!!

Hotel was nice! Close to disney!
