「Dirty , not a good room , not polite or helpful staff , $75 + $75 deposit + $30+$35+$50 ( no explanation ) = $265 they got from my two credit cards and didn't return any money till now . I booked the hotel by Expedia and paid the full price including tax . First reservation was for Jun 30 to Jul 6 , 2026 . I complained about the room and hotel to the receptionist. 「The Price was okay and for a brief visit, it was ideal. Needs a little work in the Bathroom Area but the room was clean and the location - just off Hwy 192 was easy to find and in a well lit area.」

「Both ladies at the front desk was excellent. Very polite friendly and professional. The only issue I had was smelling smoke and loud talking very late at night. The rooms smells like a basement. I air conditioning was very loud I couldn’t sleep. I am a heart patient and wearing a defibrillator . This was a really bad experience. However very grateful for the young lady at check in.」
