"Room was clean upon arrival. Elevators were making weird noises which were heard all the way inside the room. Ocean view was good however no balconies which i would've preferred. We tried to enjoy the East Side pool, but decided not to since it was extremely dirty, including some type of plastic wrap floating around. Clean towels also had old stains. The restaurant Don Rico offered good food, it was completely empty for a weekend (we were there on a Friday night) and no music or lively place to be. Staff was ok, nothing out of the norm. This hotel is more of a family stay, i would not recommend for couples that want to get away or a romantic staycation."
