"My family had an amazing and very enjoyable stay! This hotel isn't rated as a 4 star resort, but for us, it was perfect! Clean rooms, fresh towels and linens offered daily! Every member of the staff we encountered were so very kind, courteous, and helpful! We met several other families staying there who were all such a joy to talk to. I'm still amazed at how friendly every single person was! The view itself was worth every penny! The sunrises and sunsets were so beautiful! We had the balcony with a beach view and it was simply amazing! Words can't describe how beautiful it was! The beach was absolutely beautiful white sand and kept clean! The pool area was wonderful and seemed to have been cleaned daily! Very kid friendly and our family felt safe! I read several reviews about parking since there is a Sharkey's that shares the parking lot. We had no trouble at all. We found a spot the first day we arrived and didn't move the car again until we left. We were in walking distance of everywhere we wanted and needed to go!! There is a separate lot for parking if needed straight across the street! The only thing I would think to change or even have something negative to say is the toilet paper,😂 honestly, women y'all know we need good tp, thank God I always bring baby wipes lol. So maybe bring your own TP or wipes. All your shower needs are provided, though I always pack our own. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!!"

"The location is great. It is far enough away from the busy PCB area around Pier Park, but still close enough to enjoy everything. the staff was great, and always telling you Hi, Good Morning, etc. and greeted us with a smile everytime, and willing to help you with any questions. Was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the pool, we were there for a week, and at the beginning pool was nice and clean - clear water. But by the end of our stay, the water was murky. they did have someone come in, but for 2 days, I was unsure about getting in it. Good thing there was an ocean nearby. Will definitely stay here again."
