「My family and I visited the area from Georgia to celebrate mine and my husband’s 10th wedding anniversary. We brought two teenagers along, and it was the perfect space for my family of 4. 「Beautiful house and surroundings.」

「Overall stay was good, except there were few things missing in the kitchen, bowls for example. Pool wasnt clean when we arrived only 2 days later. I disliked the fact that i had to reach out to manager everytime we wanted to use spa outside. I give this property 4 stars, its nice for the family and pool is a decent size. Location is really nice too.」

「We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway.」

「Great house, has everything you need and we especially loved the heated pool. House is in a great location, everything is a short drive away (Disney, Gatorland, target/walmart etc). We had a great time and it was nice to have access to washer/dryer, cleaning supplies within the home (travelling with kids). House was clean, process was easy, and host was easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend.」

「Good stay, can’t beat it for beach access. It’s small so don’t be surprised by that. We had issues with the AC and internet, but the owners were on site and everything was fixed in a couple days.」

「1 block off beach. Older property but very functional in the middle of being updated. Manager ver responsive and even told us that a nighttime launch was taking place. Went to the beach and had a great view. Quiet and close to everything. Showers great」

「the best hotel to short stay」

「The Universal was cute, enough space for 2 of us, and could have definitely fit a third person. I was worried about the bed loft from previous reviews because I’m 6’3” but it still felt spacious. The shower was fine, it got a little cool but only because we rushed taking two, one after another. The only problems we had were the screen door wouldn’t move, one of the blinds on a window facing the lake was broke and wouldn’t go up. The washer/dryer would not work it kept turning off after 10 mins...
