「Yes it was Christmas and we needed something’s. The just did not hesitate to take time away from their family to ensure we had the things that we needed. If we’re ever back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely be staying there again. !!」

「They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left.」

「The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!」

「Directly across from Altamonte Springs Mall. Plenty of places to eat whether just a quick drive thru or a nice sit down dinner with friends and family.A little hard to find if getting there after dark and you don't know the area very well. Once there, nice and quiet.The host was very nice and accommodating.Only problem I had was getting checked in and that was NOT the host's fault. The website was down for several hours and I could not get to the information I needed such as address, phone #,...

「Place itself was nice. Close to some convenient stores and a couple of bars. Drove a short distance to the pier for dinner. Nice short distance to the Royal Carribean Port. Communication was not good with owner though. The code to get into home didn’t work and the cleaning guy let us in at our check in time at 4:00. I asked for new code and no response. 」
