「This property is not well kept the pictures must be from 20 years ago. The pool had black/brown crud around the edges like baked on mold. The office is piled high and smells terrible as well as the damp stink coming from the air-conditioner in the unit. All of our stuff smells damp and musty and will need sanitized to remove the moldy oder. I would not recommend this property」

「Entryway definitely needs to be clean from cobwebs and bugs. Appliances were super streaky with whatever they use to wipe them down, which made them look dirty, and there was poop on our back deck with a broken screen.」

「Couldn’t reach out to property manager for anything. No response despite several attempts. Room was still dirty. Dishes were very dirty.」

「Liked: Proximity to Marina. Clean Didn’t like: Small room small bed (hard to believe it was a queen size). No table/nightstand on left side, awkward. Small closet with 2 rods on one side (one over the other) - could not hang anything long without touching rod below or bottom of closet. Other side had large safe with rod above, still could not hang anything long. Small vanity in bathroom, crowded with toiletry bag - no cabinets underneath.」

「Great location and house was amazing. Only caution for potential renters is security check in process coming into property at peak times can back up but does not outweigh overall benefits.」

「We had 10 peopleFor our 50th birthday trip stay here and it was amazing! Plenty of room, really comfortable beds! Walking distance to Frenchmen street was so easy! We do trips every year and it was so nice to have dinner seating for the accommodations of 12 people!!!! (Which is rare). Very New Orleans feel house!!」
