「all good」

「I would stay here again. Close to the beach and beautiful view」

「This property is not well kept the pictures must be from 20 years ago. The pool had black/brown crud around the edges like baked on mold. The office is piled high and smells terrible as well as the damp stink coming from the air-conditioner in the unit. All of our stuff smells damp and musty and will need sanitized to remove the moldy oder. I would not recommend this property」

「We liked the ease of check in, the lovely view, the clean room and the general air of tranquility.」

「Liked: Proximity to Marina. Clean Didn’t like: Small room small bed (hard to believe it was a queen size). No table/nightstand on left side, awkward. Small closet with 2 rods on one side (one over the other) - could not hang anything long without touching rod below or bottom of closet. Other side had large safe with rod above, still could not hang anything long. Small vanity in bathroom, crowded with toiletry bag - no cabinets underneath.」

「This was a beautiful, unique, and roomy house, full of character. It did not feel like a vacation rental. It was more like a friend with really excellent taste, and the wherewithal to indulge it, had invited us to stay in their home while they were away. The view of sea and mountains from the very comfortable lanai was a daily pleasure. The kitchen had every utensil, dish, pot, pan, and appliance a person could want to make and serve a complex meal. The house was comfortable, and the living...

「Property was great. Very close to Zion and right in the middle of Springdale. Hosts checked in email everyday and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Great location and nice property. Communication with host was not good.」

「It was such a wonderful place. The air conditioner was incredible. The pool we're so wonderful and the beach was so spaceous, not crowded at all. Everything was wonderful!!!」

「Excellent service」
