「The property was good generally only having 4 sun loungers for a villa this size is not great it could be better .Also the quality of the towels are terrible especially when if you loose one it’s a 30 dollar charge Pool and hot tub charge is excessive One big problem is on 6 occasions it took us over 30 minutes to check in thru the 1 entrance to the site one occasion it took over 60 minutes the last thing you want after a hard day at the parks is sitting in a queue,this will stop us using this...

「This property is not well kept the pictures must be from 20 years ago. The pool had black/brown crud around the edges like baked on mold. The office is piled high and smells terrible as well as the damp stink coming from the air-conditioner in the unit. All of our stuff smells damp and musty and will need sanitized to remove the moldy oder. I would not recommend this property」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Lucille Palm Springs! My girl and I really enjoyed how private and peaceful everything felt. One of our favorite parts was having the pool all to ourselves at night. It made the whole experience feel extra relaxing and romantic. The atmosphere was perfect for a couples getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!」

「I was expecting a bit more of a wow factor with this property. There really wasn't a luxury element. Felt as though they are relying on the ocean view, which is spectacular, and the proximity to the beach, also spectacular. Still things felt a bit run down. Overall, quite clean and well organized. Beach access and view can not be surpassed.」
