「Great place for a long weekend with friends! We had 2 couples and our 2 grown sons- and a bedroom to spare! This house was well upfitted, lots of tile, new fixtures, and TVs. Also close to Hard Rock Stadium - that's why we went! But also close to grocery, restaurants, all kinds of places to go. The pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming. Checkin was easy, and host was always accessible if we needed him. What more do you want in a VRBO? Exactly what we were promised. 」

「Amazing stay me and friends had a really fun time in there, we swam and had the necessary stuff to cook on the grill, place was extremely clean and the pool table was the best part!! There was not a single minute in the stay where someone wasn’t using it. The host responded really fast with whatever I needed and I recommend 10/10!!」

「This is a great house for a large group. The back yard with pool and hot tub is phenomenal, and the neighborhood is nice and feels safe. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lighting could be a bit better (all top-down lighting/no lamps), but that's about it.」

「We have a group of ladies take a weekend trip and this accommodated us perfectly. The house was spacious and had a fun vibe. Also a really nice yard for hanging out. The only downfall was difficulting getting a response from the host in preparation of our stay. I had a few questions and had to reach out numerous times before getting a response. Though he did eventually reply.」

「The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

「I was very pleased with my stay. The house is very spacious and in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with enough utensils and spices for our stay. TVs everywhere even outside. The pool wasn't heated like I requested but it still allowed us to enjoy the outside space. Look no further this is where you wanna be!!!」

「An ideal spot for a fun weekend with friends - spacious living & pool area, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Super easy to get into Wynwood and downtown, yet set on a quiet street perfect for recharging after a night out. 10/10 would stay again!」

Had all the right amenities, the best being the pool. The property manager, Eduardo, was very helpful through the entire process.
