Pullman Miami Airport

Pullman Miami Airport

10/10 Excellent
"Everything was fabulous except service at the bar. We ordered two drinks and two appetizers on day one. We were completely ignored after we ordered. The two staff members worked on inventory/ordering and didn’t even come back to our side of the bar. After 21 minutes of total neglect, we had to ask twice for our bill. We had planned to have more drinks and eat dinner but chose to leave the property instead due to the service. The next day at breakfast it was completely different. Great service! Wonderful staff. Front desk was also amazing as was the coffee bar staff! Clean rooms. Great location. Fantastic outdoor pool area."

"I came here for one night because of my cruise and it was worth it. The pool and gym was enough for our stay and there is a pay shuttle every hour to the cruise port. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Staff was friendly and there are great food options in the hotel and across the street. I will be returning for my next cruise"
