"Room was clean initially. during our 6 day stay I had to repeatedly request the room to be restocked and cleaned only to have it done once. They just ignored me. "

The manager with the beautiful eyes was very helpful, the bar staff was very kind, when I was out in the porch area they would come and check on me to see if I needed an additional drink. "Very good hotel if one wants kitchen facility. I took this hotel because of kitchen, but my room’s woven was not working. My room was in building#3 which was little far way from the reception desk. If I needed anything, I had to walk to the front desk, they never responded phone call. Biggest negative point was the internet was poor and sometimes was not working in my room. I reported this multiple days, but it was never tested and fixed. resort fee is kinda too much as they don’t have much, only swimming pool, no gym or other perks. "
