Spacious room (two queens), perfect for our mother-daughter “night before the cruise”. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Initially the outlets didn’t work but when we suggested checking the breaker, that issue was immediately fixed. Beds were very comfy. Delicious food at the Blue Lavender Cafe & Market. Nice, airy vibe. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool & hot tub, especially while waiting for the room to be ready. We would return!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone at the front desk and the bell staff went out of their way to assist us. The location is also perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, a 24-hour Walgreens beside us, plenty of restaurants and cafés including the Blue Lavender Cafe and Española Way all within easy walking distance. I have stayed in this area many times, but this was my first time at this property, and was very impressed. The amazing staff and fantastic location made for a great experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We had the most incredibly warm welcome and 8 day stay, due to the outstanding staff at this hotel. Eduardo, Mercedes, Susan and Santiago always had the time and smiles for us. They helped make our stay comfortable and worth every penny. My only disappointment was the gym, the treadmill didn't work properley and it was very basic for a hotel of this calibre. Overall, super happy with the room, the location and all those that do an amazing job.

The room style was the very 1st thing we noticed. It was different but nice. However, the TV location facing the bed a being to close was a little extreme. The proximity to the beach was physically equitable. I'll definitely stay there again.

Amazing location-you can walk everywhere, helpful parking options, the staff are so helpful, we loved the attached restaurant Blue Lavender - we ate breakfast there each morning of our stay. The pool, hot tub, and lounge area on the roof were really nice and we used them every day as well. Super close to the beach. We also loved the set of the suite. There is a separate area with a desk where you can work if needed or hangout and read on the couch. We will for sure stay here again.

If you’re travelling with friends or family, book the 2 king 2 suite!! It was built like an apartment with a full kitchen and living room with a dining table. I have no complaints about the room whatsoever. My 1 friend and I both stayed in that type of suite and enjoyed it very much.

Third time staying at Nassau Suite in just over one year, it’s like home away from home. Apart from one, the staff are all welcoming and professional. The hotel and rooms are clean, great facilities. The only items missing would be an iron/ironing board and a kettle (they have a coffee machine). Thank you and I’ll see you again next year!

After a nightmare of a reservation, we booked this last minute in desperate need of a place to stay. As soon as we walked through the front doors of the lobby we could tell this place is amazing. It was bright and clean and smelled amazing with friendly staff to help you as soon as you came in. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything it needed, with housekeeping every day. The rooftop pool was also a great amenity when we wanted a break from the beach. And the hotel also offered beach towels and umbrellas to have for the day. The location was also great, being only 2 blocks away from the beach, and with great dining options available. There is also a Walgreens next door if you need snacks for the beach or need something quick. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but one thing I wish it had was smart TVs to watch streaming services, which is not really a huge deal. If I ever return to Miami I will definitely be booking here again.
