"We came here with kids and chose this hotel because it looked attractive from the outside and is close to the beach. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing from the very beginning. There was no proper parking available — we had to pay $43 for valet parking, and it wasn’t even clear where our car was being taken. We also had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, with only two receptionists working very slowly. The pool was dirty, with a lot of hair, some feathers, and what looked like mold on the bottom. It was also very noisy at night. We went to bed around 10 PM, but loud music from the bar kept playing. We had to leave the air conditioner on all night just to block out the noise."

"Room was nice and location is one of the best. However, the walls and doors are not noise-proof. Stay was not relaxing nor quiet. A lot of car noises and people screaming - can be heard from inside the room"

"The staff at this hotel made the place great. Adonis and Mike at the pool bar! Christie at the front desk! The valets are great too. Rooms are very clean! Pool is great. The only bad thing is it said they have room service and they don't. But i would definitely stay again!"
