「The hotel adds, without asking, a “charitable donation.” I had to request for the amount to be returned. When asked who they were donating to, the response was Florida City. I called Florida City Hall and they have no knowledge of this “donation”. Check the bills everyone.」

「This hotel is old and run down. It will absolutely do if you just need a place to sleep, but that's it.」

「The people who run this place are the nicest. They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The laundry room is decent and it's cheaper than those at nearby extended stay hotels. Friendly evening security. Relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were barebones, but decent and clean. Again, the best aspect was the management. The people cared. That was the best!」

「Upon arrival we were told that our funds were refunded to Expedia and then we were charged again a couple of days later.」
