「Our flight was cancelled and after a very frustrating airport experience we were treated to outstanding customer service by the shuttle driver and the staff at check in.
This hotel does not have a restaurant and the shuttle driver took us to a wonderful nearby restaurant and even offered to pick us up after dinner.
Our bed was small and the room was dated, but the care and service we received from the staff was world class!
