"Food and restaurants were good. Breakfast servers superb. Front desk said Laundry would go out to be cleaned/washed and was forgotten. Check in was fine. Pool was clean just too small and shallow for swimming. Also some chairs that are seat chairs with a table would be very helpful as opposed to all very low lounge chairs. "

"The hotel located in a safe neighborhood a short walking distance to nice restaurants on a Dadeland blvd. The mall was walking distance which had high end stores. I felt safe staying there a a solo traveler. Staff accomodating and friendly. "

"Room was updated but also dirty. Out of the three towels in the bathroom two were stained with makeup. All the guests I encountered were either drunk or with bottles. I felt unsafe, thank god it was only one night. The hotel was probably nice in the 80’s now they should close it down. Also there are construction on the west side so be ready to be waken up by the noise. I would never go back to this hotel. "

"The whole experience was underwhelming. My room was dusty, the shower took so long for the water to get hot, for a minute I thought they didn’t have hot water. Also,mold strips started to come out of crevices in the shower. Gross.The front desk staff are robotic. No personality. The only pleasant individual, was the young valet parker with the wavy hair neck length that worked there Wednesday. The Biltmore is not what it used to be. The “W” blows them out of the water. "
