「The Check-in process was pleasurable; the Team Member who checked us in was knowledge & professional - he gave us a good lay of the land. Our room was clean & comfortable. The location was good with great amenities: Roof-top bar, 3 restaurant options as well as Crema Gourmet coffee bistro experience, which we enjoyed, We appreciated parking in the adjacent building and not being forced to valet park. A great experience that we recommend; we will return.」

「We love a clean room and property and this hotel delivered! The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. In addition, everything we needed was in walking distance so there was no need to drive anywhere. Absolutely loved our stay and will come back again! 10/10, highly recommend!」

「Left my wallet on Friday in my room and no calls back after calling dozens of calls! Buyer beware」

「Little bugs crawling around the window in the kitchen. The bathroom had no hooks and just 1 towel bar. Not enough for 2 people. Other than that it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.」

「The safety box was broken and could not be used, and we were not allowed to change rooms. We gave up and left our passports at the front desk, but the handover was insufficient, and the return at check-out did not go smoothly, which delayed our trip to the airport.」
