「Hola me gustó la ubicación, y el tamaño de las habitaciones. El único inconveniente en nuestra estancia es que las amenidades no podían utilizarse por la tarde/noche」

「Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The main issue was staff and coordination, which was completely unacceptable. After finally being allowed into the room, later that same night staff knocked on my door and told me I still needed to complete check-in, as if they had no idea I was already inside the room.
