「Property was not where I was led to believe, in fact it was across the bay. The one photo was not of the room I thought I was booking. Host was very cordial but that didn’t make up for the “bait and switch “ I felt occurred」

「The parking fee was not mentioned before arriving even though i did ask. Although the listing said a washer was in the unit, it does not have a washer. This was inconvenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming.」

「This was the worst stay I’ve experienced through Expedia. The AC was not working in the room and it was extremely hot and muggy. The property team showed no urgency getting it fixed. We checked in at 6:50pm and after periods of no response from the property team who initially told me a handyman would be up in 30 minutes, at 11:30pm we were told we could transfer to a different property of theirs in a different building. My partner and I then had to pack our bags again in the middle of the night...
