"Wow. The entire house was amazing. So spacious and plenty to do while inside or out. Pool and hot tub were great! The massage chairs were fantastic. Outdoor ping ping tables and mini putting area were so fun during the day. The host was easily reachable and very helpful when contacted. Would absolutely come back again. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The pool had small debris in it. No big deal if you're not picky but it can be an issue if you have kids. The pool also had a vacuum running in it and the host warned to not remove it. The end result is a pool with a vacuum running in it and a long hose attached to it that posed a threat to kids. I had 3 kids with life vests that found themselves struggling to navigate around the super long hose. I believe the pool should be thoroughly cleaned and the vacuum removed prior to renting out. The place seems better in pictures than it really is. You can see the place has some abuse to it that you don't see in pictures. The listing states 7 bedrooms but it isn't. One bedroom has a partial wall splitting two halves of it. So it's one bedroom with 3 beds, not two separate bedrooms with 2 and 1 beds. So the listing should say 6 bedroom instead. Additionally, there's cameras everywhere and I didn't feel comfortable with the lack of privacy. Although the cameras are outside, some bedrooms have huge glass doors to the back yard and you can see into the bedrooms from the camera placements. The basketball court is nice but it has a utility line that crosses the court diagonally which renders using it essentially useless. There no way to play a game without the utility line hanging overhead interfering with every shot you take. Not to mention the safety concerns it poses. I feel it's overpriced, we had a good time none the less. But for the price it should be a better kept place."

"Loved that the pool was heated since we hit a cooler patch of florida weather! The beds are very comfortable, i might be re thinking my own mattress! Showers were luxurious, & the touch of an outdoor bathroom was a bonus with soggy little kids! We would definitely stay here again!"

"After a day of activities, coming home to the pool was so relaxing. Plenty of room for our whole group. It should be noted that one bedroom is outside access only and doesn’t have a bathroom. "

"House was all in all a good property for our group, however, there were a few things we thought worth mentioning in order to help others who wish to book in the future. The pictures online make the backyard appear much larger and much nicer than it is in reality- beware of wide lense and editing. It was decent- but far from what the photos portray. The bedroom listing on the app was also misleading. It states 2 king rooms, one room with 2 queens and a pull out, one room with a queen, and one room with a queen AND a double. We had booked and planned according to this layout. The “double” was a foldable hard foam like bed for a small child and it was in one of the king rooms, not a queen room. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with appropriate items for cooking…not adequate pans or utensils for a group wishing to cook often. Positives were that is was in a quiet neighborhood and the host was super quick with responses. "
