"I recently stayed at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you’re flying in or out of Miami, and the complimentary airport shuttle made everything easy and stress-free. The property itself is beautiful, with scenic views of the lagoon and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area and walking paths—it’s a great place to unwind after a long day of travel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the view. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was smooth. The on-site dining options were convenient, and it was nice not having to leave the hotel after arriving late. While some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating, everything was clean and functional, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. For the convenience, amenities, and setting, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"This place it’s pretty old, no maintenance: very -Very poor conditions: - toilet water running - ac fan falling from ceiling - broken door with hole covered with a napkin preventing people see from outside - bed with close to no sheets and previously damaged with cigarette holes "

"I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. When I first arrived, I immediately noticed issues with the room. The sink faucet was broken and barely attached, and the sink itself clogged almost instantly after turning the water on. Throughout the night, the air conditioner stopped working, and on top of that, the door kept rattling and making a loud, unusual noise whenever the AC was running, making it difficult to sleep. The most concerning part of my stay happened the next morning. When I tried to leave my room, I found a ladder placed directly in front of my door, along with a large, loud hose running up it. I was essentially blocked in. I called out multiple times for assistance, but no one came. I ultimately had to squeeze past the obstruction myself, which resulted in my clothing getting dirty. When I brought these issues to the front desk, I felt completely dismissed. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was simply told they would be passed along, without any real acknowledgment or effort to address what had happened. This experience fell far below expectations, both in terms of room maintenance and customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements so future guests do not have a similar experience."

"There's a hidden $26 per night "destination fee" charge that supposedly provides some basically useless benefits if you're on a one-night stay. The charge is not adequately noted beforehand, is not properly explained at checkin, and is mandatory. Once you arrive or make a non-refundable reservation, you're stuck."
