「Lovely independent hotel owned by the same family for a long time and passed on from generations . Boutique type with three floors and not many rooms but each is a different design . Spacious room and bathrooms with good modern shower . Staff are excellent especially Daniel the manager who greeted us on check in and was readily available to help with any concerns or advice . Lovely quiet area with excellent restaurants and bars around the corner .」

「We appreciated the historical significance and how well done the hotel fits into modern times. The architectural elements were stunning. Every staff member was kind and courteous and engaged with the guests so well. We had a 2 story room which served us well as the adult children decided to come stay with us- lol. The restaurant also had a great selection of food, cocktails, and service.」

「-Valet, servers, and bartenders provided excellent customer service. -Rooms were clean but you can hear guests in other rooms throughout the night. -Windows in the elevator were not as clean and had stains on them. -No mattress toppers available. Some receptionist at the front desk were not kind. Be aware of racism and discrimination towards people of different races and classes from those working in reception as well. 「Terrible service /host. They kept me on the street for hours upon the day of arriving. The apartment was prepaid for and they did not let me into the unit after hours of the checkin time and with completing the online checkin process. I have proof of it all. They also continued to spam me with constant upselling messages of trying to get me to purchase items and pay for more on the unit outside of Expedia.」
