「This place was very clean very well laid out and pictures reflected what was on the website. The bed and couch were very comfortable. We found plenty of places to park. Serguei was easy to communicate with and he responded right away We had one minor issue and he resolved it right away. We chose this place because it was close to the baseball park and little Havana. I am giving the rating of 10. If we ever come back to this area we would stay again」

「The place was spotless. Beautiful neighborhood just off historic 8th street. Good location for getting to the beaches, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, or just chilling in the many parks nearby.」

「This is not ideal for a stay longer than maybe a day or two. My husband and I stayed for a week and it was not great. Keep in mind the room is small. There is not a lot of space to hang things or place anything especially in the bathroom. The bathroom looks moldy in all corners and we did find 3 bugs in our bed (under the bedsheets). Granted bugs happen but it was not a great start to our vacation. I wish there was more than just the bathroom trashcan as it is very small. Bring extra bags for...

「These guys were great, my wife was having surgery and we just needed a small place close to the hospital for a week. Anything we needed these guys were there for us, highly recomended.」
