「The hotel is very conveniently located across from the Kaseya Center. Hotel staff are very nice, and communication via text for assistance is very convenient. Elevators are only accessible with key card and they only provide access to one’s floor and amenities which is an excellent safety measure. Overall very positive stay, and will book again. Thank you.」

「Loved, loved, loved! Walking distance to whatever you need- food, stores, gas station, and best of, all the beach! The property itself was impeccable. Amenities were great. Everything inside was clean and ready for us and smelled very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was clear and quick. We booked the 2 bedroom unit. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Sunny Isles Beach with a bigger group. Highly recommend!」

「Clean room, pretty」

「I had a delightful and cozy experience during my stay at Sunset Inn. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, complete with a small kitchenette. The location is fantastic, with numerous restaurants and quaint shops within easy walking distance. While parking is off-site, it’s just around the corner and conveniently close to the inn. If I have the opportunity to return to South Miami, I would certainly choose to stay here again.」

「The areas on the rise so you have to be reasonable on it. However the apartment was newly renovated and man was i impressed. The floor had me wanting to redo my tile in my house upon return. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay here! The communication with the host was always clear, quick, and super helpful, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was great—just about a 10-minute walk to Brickell downtown, and we loved having Walgreens, Publix, and lots of restaurants just around the corner. "レイトチェックアウトが18時迄認めてもらえたのは最高。一方電動シェードが不動、トイレ流しのノブが取れかかっている事、コンプリメントの水が無いのは時によっては1000ドル超えるホテルとしては頂けない。また個人的に固形石鹸が無いのも好きでは無い。要するに1000ドル級なら落第に近いがイベント特別価格（300ドルクラス）なら我慢出来る"
