"This is in THE BEST location for Art Deco landmarks, 2 blocks from best of the beach. one block from Washington Trolley, 4 blocks from the channel and South Pointe Park. It's above a top rated cafe,Maman, and right next to swanky Motek restaurant. It is an apartment building with 2 floors of units and the vacant ones get rented out like a hotel.
