「Great location, awesome bar staff and happy hour, only complaint is the AC is super loud when it turns on but it stays cool well. The towels and chairs for beach are nice. Pool area relaxing.」

「We had laundry to do, so in our first room we had a bad leak with the washing machine. The staff immediately called Nico, who corrected the situation quickly. Comfortable room. Would have liked blackening out curtains to control the light levels for sleeping better.」

「Apartment: The apartment needs some attention to things that are loose around, and it felt expensive for the true quality of room. The fold out bed in the couch is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs on your back as you lay down. Main bed is fine. That being said, the apartment was clean and organized when we arrived. Noise: The walls are very thin. We had some very noisy neighbors right behind the bedroom side waking us up at night, as well as a loud garbage truck in the morning....

「Had a terrible stay at this place. The curtains were old and dusty, and the overall unit felt very poorly maintained. The balcony was also closed, which was extremely disappointing considering Brickell is known for its beautiful views. I was told it was “under renovation,” but that still does not justify the condition or inconvenience. I even offered to switch to another unit because I was there for birthday celebration, but I was told I would have to pay the full amount again before moving,...
