「The property manager was responsive to questions, but the rooms were filthy. ( I had 2 rooms reserved) I asked numerous times to have my rooms cleaned, which never happened. There was sand/ filth on the floors, my socks turned black if I didn’t wear shoes. There were what appeared to be boogers on the bed skirt, plastic gunk in the shower , clumps of hair under the bed, chips in the couch, finger prints & smudges on the mirrors and patio doors. 「Amazing place. Was super clean, and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Great location, close to kosher restaurants 」

「The room didn’t match the photos and when we arrived it was not very clean- kitchen appliances and dishes were dirty and the carpet and furniture were dirty and very worn. Bathrooms also did not match the photos and were not very nice. 」

「The room is extremely outdated, everything is scuffed and the bedsheets on one of the beds were unclean. The “resort fees” which are indicated in fine print are ridiculous and for the same price to stay in this abomination of a room you can rent out a nice hotel in the area. Don’t even bother with this one.」

「Property was not as advertised. The hotel itself as a whole was rundown and you can tel it ha snot been properly maintained in the last years. Barely any amenities included in the listing itself. Listing was also run down with times breaking down such as the fridge and customer service could have been a lot better as well. Pool was dirty and also not maintained.」
