"Hair on bedding, broken tiles, princess crown left in the bathroom. No one answered the phones while trying to call nor did they respond to my email. Expedia was not helpful in contacting them either. Great Loaction. Room location is was not great as there was a platform outside our winder that was being used as a sitting spot. We had to keep out curtains closed so no one would look in. "

Our room was just as good: very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. One of my favorite parts was the shower. The glass door made it feel a little more modern and open, and everything was spotless. It honestly made the whole bathroom feel upgraded. The pricing was also really reasonable for...

"The room was spotless and the staff was really friendly. It is just 3 minutes walk from the Miami strip aka ocean drive...and 4 minutes from the south beach. The location is perfect without the sound of noise of the best place but safety and security is atmost. The room is like a mini home, very spacious. Thanks to Oscar we had a very pleasant stay."
