「The hotel room was very small and stuffy; since opening the window wasn't allowed, the stale, humid air eventually caused me to have a panic attack, so I had to go up to the roof to get some fresh air. We stayed on the 6th floor; it was hot and stuffy at night, and there was a disgusting, foul odor in the hallway. I will never stay at that hotel again. On the first night, I felt like I was suffocating from the lack of air. However, the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and wonderful...

「We only stayed for one night. The hotel is conveniently located on Collins Ave, making it very easy to ride the beach trolley. The resort fee was applied at check-in, but it covers things like beach towels, beach chairs, and bicycles. We were able to walk to the nearby beach with two beach chairs and enjoy a lovely morning. We were also happy with the on-site Piola restaurant, as we didn’t need to brave the heavy rain to find somewhere to eat. Julian was friendly and helpful.」
