「チェックイン時に、「部屋が出来次第携帯電話にテキストを送る」と言われたのに全く連絡がなかった。過去に10回ほど宿泊しているが、サービスが低下している気がする。 ビーチスタッフやルーフトップのスタッフ、そして毎回笑顔で迎えてくれるドアのスタッフ、ハウスカーのドライバーは全員素晴らしいが、フロントサービスを改善する必要を感じる。 部屋は電源アウトレットやUSBから充電できる箇所がたくさんあり、非常に良い。 プールには日焼け止めやデトックスウォーターのサーバーがあり非常に良い。」

「The room and oceanfront view was amazing! Waking up each morning to that spectacular ocean view was everything! I came to the resort with a much needed relaxation, recommended health wise. 「My room was stunning and bed was super comfortable. I rated the hotel a bit lower because I had a rough experience. My room wasn’t ready until 6 pm so I missed by evening plans after a long day of travel. The staff was accommodating- They fed me and provided an additional credit to compensate me for the inconvenience.
