「Newly renovated studio apartment located in North Bay Village. It was supper clean and well equipped with pats and pans as well as some essentials: salt, pepper, etc., for our short stay. It is about 5 minutes’ drive from the beach and has very nice view of Miami’s skyline. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony and watch boats in and out of a small marina. 「The refrigerator doesn't work and the administrator didn't take care of it despite the claim. The administrator doesn't answer the phone calls and shows no interest in the guest at all. The air conditioner is way too noisy.」
