"My daughter and I had a fantastic time in South Beach, Miami, but staying at the Loews Hotel made it so much better. The employees were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The Loews hotel was steps from the beach, where my daughter and I spent our days. It's within walking distance to some hot spots in SB like Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a texting service for any questions you have or if you need help with something while staying at the hotel. I used this service."
"I love how close it is to everything like hotel, restaurants, and the beach, and how convenient it is in order to get to the clubs and parties areas."
"The staff was so kind and accommodating. Can’t beat the location! A block from the beach and they give you towels, chairs and umbrellas to take with. "
"Staff is absolutely amazing. I’ve stayed in South Beach many times. This was first time at the Clevelander. I will absolutely stay here again. Michelle was so friendly, positive and accommodating. Carlos checked me in as was so welcoming. Kristy was equally wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit here. I will book a room a little back from the pool. Our room was right above and we could hear the music. It wasn’t a dealbreaker. Our suite was perfect for our stay. "
