"The hotel itself is good for the price, it is in the heart of miami beach, so the price is the right one for the location. The bedroom has good size and bed was really comfortable. The staff did something that made almost lose my flight. He asked my passport to scan and did not gave it back right away, I did not notice that at the moment and got really crazy looking for it later and he should have checked my name on it and send me a message or something which he did not at all. I think this was a big mistake."

The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel excellent coffee. "Huge property - however expecting staff and security to know the property. Not being able to direct me to the business center was a little frustrating… The elevator in the Tower was pretty disgusting. All in all great property - not sure will return. "
