Few challenges with this property. 1. No elevator in certain areas. No issue for us but just so you are aware. 2. The coffee maker is from 1926 - it’s time to upgrade it. There were no stirrers in the room. Skimpy on Sugar and milk packets - not sure why 3. Room was cold because there is NO heaters and one of the days temperature dipped in Miami. Front desk said they would provide space heaters but did not 4. The shower is complicated to operate. Again they need to be upgraded. There were like three settings and not clear how that worked. The rain shower was not powerful at all 5. There was no switch for the exhaust in the bathroom so it ran for 24/7. The noise didn’t come outside in the room but just so you are aware. 6. With all the trees and distance from the beach, overlooking the beach is a bit of stretch. Yes, the beach is definitely visible if you choose such a room but the feel of overlooking the beach was not there. Overall, South Beach is great! Happening place. Lot of food options. Lot of music and activity bustling throughout the day.

The room was underwhelming and small. No place to put a suitcase and there is always hair on the floor. The nearby amenities definitely made up for the small room because we didn’t stay there much but to sleep.

We chose Park Central South Beach mainly for the location, which is excellent and close to the beach. The room was quiet, valet parking was fast and reliable, and the on-site restaurants were very good with delicious food. The sheets were changed daily, which was appreciated, and reception was acceptable. On the downside, the room felt old and not very clean. The carpet did not appear to be vacuumed, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was only moderately clean. When we requested towels or coffee, we were told it would take a few minutes, but they were never delivered. The elevator was old, sticky, dirty, and very slow. For the price, we expected a much higher level of service. Overall, this hotel is only a good option because of its location.

Genuinely a 5/5 stay for the price and convenience. Hotel is right on ocean drive so youre right by the beach. It is south beach so yes everything is super expensive! Hotel amenities were very nice and clean. Didnt use the gym though. Rooftop pool was awesome as was the pool in the back. Restaurants generally in all of miami could use an improvement in food! Hotel has great great staff, cant emphasize this enough. Genuinely from the waiters at the restaurant/ bar to the service staff and hotel staff. I had a bit of an unpleasant hiccup which i thought i lost my phone somewhere, all staff members were hands on deck willing to help me and assist me try to find the phone. Luckily, the fault was my own and it was within my belongings, but I am so grateful for all the assistance from the manager on duty Eric to the security guard who helped (so sorry i didnt catch his name), to the cleaners who were so very honest. Thank you to the whole team. Made our stay just wonderful.

The worst experience we have ever had on a hotel. The front desk staff refused to text call or email us when our room would be ready but wanted us to check in (guve them money) early. They wouldnt give us access to pool, towels or beach chairs until after it was dark. The room key making machine was broken so we couldnt get rooms keys and we had to be let in by staff. Then they didnt call us because the phones didnt work. I was rudely told by the front desk to stop coming down and "just call" .... yet the only time i went to the desk was when we checked in but couldnt get a room but was told to just "go for a walk" ... remember no pool or beach chairs allowed! Then the next morning when we went to leave the elevator was broken and we had to walk down 3 f lights of stairs to discover the last flight was to a back alley outside the hotel in the pouring rain with 4 huge suitcases.... then when i asked for a refund i was told i could come back and stay at a discounted rate HA .... never again .... nothing worked it is an old broken down hotel with rude people who hate thier jobs and treat guests with the same level of care.

(1.)I was on the top floor, it sounded like a Harley was running most of the night on the roof, on and off all night. (2.) ordered a drink at the lounge waiting to check in, a simple mixed drink(crowne/coke single) $29.00!!! Yeah, I know things have gone up..but 2 doors down same drink was $12.00 (3.) Clean and comfortable room, great bed, great shower.

This is a continuation from my prior review! First I want to point out that the response from the hotel of my review really speaks volumes of the mismanagement of this property. I spoke with the manager Eric Jimenez regarding my credit that he promised he would email me before I checked out of the hotel on 1/4/26. I reviewed the hotel on 1/6/26. When speaking with the manager Eric today he informed me that I would no longer receive a credit because I gave them a negative review. So I guess my experience is being bought! When is it that the consumer no longer matters! The day I checked into the hotel Eric mention that rooms were not cleaned timely is because the entire housekeeping team Quit, walked out! Maybe because they weee not being paid? Maybe because the leadership is completely missing the mark? My experience with this hotel was undesirable, I gave the hotel the opportunity to make it right but they did not! Buyer beware there are tons of well established and properly managed hotels in south beach. Let’s boycott this one. I will continue to reach out to the corporate office to discuss this matter in hopes that I will eventually update this review with a resolution but until then well that will continue to hear from me.

This hotel is a classic art deco design by Henry Hohauser built in 1937. My wife and I loved it and really enjoyed the area. We took a walking tour from the Art Deco Preservation Group located 5 minutes away with Damian Rudys, which we highly recommend. There is a 10 mile walking/biking path directly across from the hotel and Park Central has bikes available free of charge. The hotel is charming and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Our review reflects one weakness which is the toiletries which should be fixed easily. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner did not dispense properly in the shower; we had to remove them from the fixtures for access. The rooms are a bit small by modern standards but clean and well-maintained. There is only one elevator again, reflecting the age of the building- a kind of double-edged sword causing an occasional wait. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay at the Park Central and would return.
