部屋も綺麗でしたが、連泊時の清掃がイマイチでした。タオルが無い日があったり、トイレットペーパーの予備が無くなっても補充がなかったりしました。新しいホテルなのでこれからに期待します。

Stayed here for the weekend with my husband for a quick anniversary trip. Check in was easy, convenient and can be done with mobile device. Parking is expensive $75 per day and only certain hours starts at 8a. However, valet and bell service staff were professional and friendly. Unfortunately did not receive welcome drink as promised nor did anyone acknowledged our anniversary even after I contacted the hotel regarding the special occasion. Stayed in a one bedroom oceanview room. Views were great! The room was nice but the cleanliness was the great at all. I usually clean myself but I had to do heavy duty cleaning in this room especially the bathroom sink! Black stuff was in the sink. There is an app for services like housekeeping which we used as they give you very limited towels (two bath towels, two wash cloths, and one hand towel we used for the floor, the standard is a bigger towel for the floor and two additional hand towels). The app is useless to request your car (have to go on a different floor to retrieve vehicle) as you would have to wait 10-15 mins for your car. Did not try the beach club but we did visit the pool (was too overcrowded to enjoy even later on in the day) we took a few photos and left. It was a good stay but it seemed overcrowded due to families on their holiday vacations with children who were not monitored very well. Would come back with my family since the hotel offers multiple bedrooms but not for a couples trip.

The hotel is modern and aesthetically pleasing, but it is not practical or family-friendly. Phone staff are nice - front desk not so nice. We booked a room advertised as “sleeps four”, but it was very small with limited space for suitcases. A large table in the middle of the living area looks nice but is impractical when the sofa bed is in use. With luggage and children, the room felt very tight. The room was modern and generally clean, but not to a high standard. Attention to detail was lacking. The elevator system is confusing and inconvenient, requiring multiple lifts and transfers, which is frustrating when travelling with children, pushchairs, or luggage. I requested a change of shower head to safely shower small children, but this request was denied. The pool area needs better maintenance and cleaning. While my children enjoyed it, the lack of cleanliness was noticeable. Staff confirmed we could use amenities after checkout so we could rinse the children before heading to the airport. However, there are no gym showers and the outdoor pool showers were freezing cold, so we left uncomfortable. Everything is extremely overpriced. I paid $10 for a cup of milk and $49 for chicken tenders and chips. Taxes and service charge were added, then a further service charge was applied again when ordering drinks at the same table. Overall, this hotel may suit adults or short stays, but I would not return with a family. The experience does not match the prices charged.

Ran out of pool towels every day by 10:30 am and didn’t replenish until 4pm. Only had room amenities for 1 guest upon arrival when I clearly book the room for 2 guests. Hotel amenities price expensive for the lack of attention to detail. Complained and was told to I’d be compensated and never was.

Parking could have been clearer. We had to loop around twice before realizing there was a parking garage, only to then find out it was valet parking, which required us to circle around yet again. Check-in was frustrating. I completed the pre-check-in and was asked for our arrival time, which I listed as 1:30 PM. However, when we arrived, we were told that check-in wasn’t until 4:00 PM. This made the purpose of the pre-check-in and arrival time question unclear. The room itself was amazing. That said, we called at 6:30 PM to have the sofa bed turned down for our daughter, and by after 9:00 PM the service still hadn’t been completed. We didn’t use many of the other amenities, but the pool was nicely heated and the view was gorgeous. The location was excellent—only about five minutes from the Port of Miami, which made getting to our cruise ship very convenient.

We stayed here for Christmas! Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted immediately. When we checked in, we were told the room was upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. This was great for my family of 5. Everyone loved their space. Each room was clean. The only complaints we had was each room did not a have a TV and the main tv had a lock on it- we were not able to login into it to watch what we wanted to. The kitchen was nice but the oven would not turn on ( I cooked Christmas breakfast) and was forced to cook everything on the stove top ( there was 1 pan and 1 pot). There were items in the fridge but the cost was too high for us.Thankfully, I made a store run for food we needed for our 2 day stay. Checkout was pretty easy- we were told about the $65 amenity charge upfront and the incidental/deposit hold of $200 per night. Transportation to port was fairly easy to book as well- it was $10 per person. There was lots to do/see a bayside or market side for Christmas (tons of restaurants were open). The elevators take some time to get used too (they were always full) but you use your key, the system lets you know which one to get on. Overall great stay for families! I had to take off one star for the issue with the stove and tv (those are big things when dealing with a range of children & a husband).

L’appartement avec les 2 chambres est vraiment bien. Par contre, personne n’est jamais venu faire la chambre alors que nous y avons passé 4 nuits…. L’hôtel est bien placé mais la contrepartie est que c’est bruyant la nuit (klaxon à toute heure, voitures et motos avec des moteurs qui font énormément de bruit).

It was so crowded, I didnt get to the pool or breakfast. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing!! I couldnt check in until after 6, and then couldnt call the front desk from my room, the phone did not work,so I had to text for everything and they sent my request to a team member, which took over an hour to address. The communication was not good. I guess this is a busy time of year, but Overall its a nice place to stay.

Hotel was lovely, rooms really spacious. Staff were fantastic in all departments. But…. It’s crazy busy weekends, we checked in early and didn’t get our room until 1 hr after check in time. We were comped for the delay, but with 2 young sleeping kids, it wasn’t what we needed. But hands down, I’d stay again, but now know what to expect.

Pro: 5-minute walk to Kaseya Center. Cons: Terrible parking, service, check-in/out, and inadequate room service for a claimed 4.5-star property. Overall a foul experience. Details: Upon arrival, the valet supervisor was unhelpful about parking, forcing us to circle the block multiple times. Valet was mandatory at $75/day (not on Expedia), despite public parking being available nearby. I had to stop in the street, unload my bags, and carry them up myself. The room wasn't ready. Pre-check-in via the Elser app (including scanning my ID and credit card) was useless, as the desk clerk repeated the process, raising data security concerns. Room service (sheets/towels) was denied the next morning, as it's only offered every other day. They eventually provided fresh linens, but took the pillowcases and comforter without replacement, requiring another trip to the manager. Service was below 2- and 3-star standards. The in-app valet message for car retrieval was ignored. I had to manually carry my bags out. Valet Supervisor "Arturo" refused to get the car, claiming the valet service is "not part of the hotel" and ignoring me for nearly an hour, despite his Elser uniform. A manager finally resolved it after I nearly called 911 to report theft. The experience was a profound embarrassment for a 646-room property. Significant upper management replacement and a complete overhaul of the customer experience are needed. I still do not have a copy of my final bill.

This was a great hotel! Modern, central to everything we wanted to do, near the cruise port with a shuttle that dropped you off. We loved our room and our view! This is a great place to stay for families and it’s dog friendly! My only complaint is that some of the staff seemed like they were too good to speak and they weren’t welcoming at all. Regardless of their attitudes, we loved this hotel and will absolutely be back!

Took 2 hrs 30 min to get linens for the sofa bed & a 3rd towel for the third guest which should have been in the room at check in despite multiple texts and a phone call requesting them ( finally got them at 1:15 am ), asked to be placed in a quiet area of the hotel and was placed near the elevator which had a ding so loud it woke up all 3 of us about 10 times per morning, bathroom sink was nearly clogged and hard to brush one’s teeth or shave due to the slow drainage, and water was slow to heat up for showers. Nice gym but it didn’t make up for the terrible service, poorly maintained room and super loud elevator bell ( there’s no purpose for an elevator bell that loud and no excuse for not decreasing the volume )
